When I first started looking for coordinators, I had the opportunity to speak to several different individuals. Alissa was able to stick out among them given her amazing personality and strive to build relationships. From day one she was committed to every detail and going above and beyond to help me in every area needed. She was always just a text or phone call away throughout the year and always managed to make time for me. As we got closer to the big day, she made sure every little detail was in order and made sure we got things done, even in the midst of all the crazy! Alissa really took the time to talk to us about all the details and what is important to us. She truly wanted to learn everything about us, how we met, how long we have been together, what is important to us, what our style is, and overall just wanted to get a sense of our personalities and our love story. Alissa was very easygoing and easy to talk to. We felt like we had known her for a while prior to the wedding, which made us feel very comfortable with her the day of. Alissa went above and beyond to even talk with me (the bride) about the day of planning and what our timeline looks like. We felt completely at ease going into our wedding day knowing that we would have great memories of our day to look back on. Our guests loved her and our other wedding videographer as well. They were both very personable and we enjoyed having both of them as a part of our day. Alissa was very detail-oriented prior to the wedding and also kept in contact with us throughout the months of planning. I spoke on the phone with her a handful of times as well about how everything was going and if there was anything she could do to help us. We truly enjoyed working with Alissa and Sweet Bliss Media for our wedding day. My husband and I felt like the most perfect sweet little moments were caught throughout the day and we loved seeing those and us just being so happy surrounded by our family and friends. We have watched our wedding video over 20 times (or more maybe) and we love it, even more, each time we watch it!

An absolute blessing to have you capture our wedding. Alissa came in clutch a few weeks before our wedding when our planned photographer had to cancel due to COVID concerns but she took over and made us feel like we had chosen her from the beginning. One thing that my wife and I appreciated about Alissa is how professional but personable she was with us. From the first FaceTime/zoom call, you could tell that she truly cared about what made our relationship different and who we were together. Alissa went above and beyond with regards to helping organize/plan our big day and being flexible with COVID precautions and venue changes! Our venue came with a day of planner but we found ourselves referring to Alissa when we had any questions regarding timeline and everything to help make our day special.
One of the biggest things that we will forever be thankful for is how flexible and willing to capture our day, even after postponing our first wedding and then deciding to move our wedding to a new state/venue 5 days before, I was on the phone with her almost everyday leading up to it to make sure this would be the perfect day for us. This is all BEFORE even taking one photo of us. So I think it goes without saying that she was a blessing to my wife and I in so many more ways than just a photographer. She has become a friend, mentor & someone that we will always be thankful for. INCREDIBLE! From the moment we met and she wanted to know ALL the details of our relationship, I knew she was what I needed for our wedding. She cares about making your day personal and she captured everything! Alissa is the most detailed photographer I have ever met and you don’t realize how important that is until you get your photos back and you can actually re-live every moment of your big day through her pictures. They are absolutely PERFECT!
Alissa was quick to respond to every email and text I sent her and made sure I was happy every step of the way.
She goes over and above just being a photographer. You see, It rained all 4 days before our wedding day and our outside ceremony area was soaked! She went out, came up with 2 other ways to hold the ceremony outside and then ultimately told me if I can be okay with keeping it in the original
Location, I would get the best pictures that way and that’s what we did! Ours and our guest’s feet got a little damp but WOW, those photos are incredible!

Alissa and her Sweet Bliss team were wonderful! I was able to ask questions anytime of day and Alissa was diligent in her communication. She was a real help in organizing the reception set up and working with my caterer. Alissa had helpful suggestions and accommodated all of my requests. Alissa (and her sister) were AWESOME for our wedding. She spent literally all day with us from getting ready in the morning through the entire reception (where the priceless pictures really happen) into the sparkler send-off. She even helped me wake up my groomsmen who were hungover from the rehearsal dinner and went as far as helping coordinate stuff during the wedding that our venue person should have been doing. We did some shopping around only to quickly find her prices are easily the best in the Charlotte area. The engagement shoot that was included in our package she absolutely kicked butt on too. We would highly recommend Alissa and you’ll definitely love the whole experience that her services offer.

My husband and I used Sweet Bliss Media for our wedding and engagement photos because we liked her work on her website, she had extremely reasonable pricing and had great customer service.
